<jats:p>A clinical monitoring model is proposed for the early recognition and management of oral adverse events in patients receiving antiseizure medications. Gingival enlargement, xerostomia, ulcerative-erosive lesions, and bleeding should be interpreted in relation to treatment timing, dosage, concomitant medications, and local factors. A staged neurologist–dentist workflow is presented, emphasizing that antiseizure therapy should not be discontinued without medical supervision.</jats:p>
