Abstract

<jats:p>This article examines the impact of women’s participation in decision-making positions on governance outcomes in Uzbekistan. The study analyzes scientific literature, legal reforms, and statistical data related to female leadership and governance effectiveness. The findings show that increasing women’s representation positively influences social policy, transparency, and public administration reforms, while some structural barriers still remain.</jats:p>
