Abstract
This monograph presents the author’s method Emotional-Level Happiness Management (ELHM), a systemic approach to emotional regulation and personal transformation developed through long-term professional practice in coaching and personal development. The method is based on the premise that emotional states significantly influence perception, decision-making, and behavioral patterns, and therefore sustainable personal change requires transformation at the level of emotional experience rather than solely cognitive understanding. The ELHM method integrates elements of coaching psychology, positive psychology, and practical work with emotional awareness. It proposes a structured model for developing inner stability, conscious decision-making, and sustainable well-being through systematic work with feelings. The monograph describes the theoretical foundations of the approach and presents the core components of the method, including the KIT Diagnostic Assessment, the “7 Feelings” transformational model, and the “5+5” structured support program, which together form a comprehensive framework for personal change and emotional development. Particular attention is devoted to the mechanisms through which emotional states influence human behavior, the role of awareness in personal transformation, and the process of developing internal support and psychological resilience. The work also examines the professional role of the guide or facilitator in the ELHM process, emphasizing the importance of creating a safe environment in which individuals can consciously explore and transform their internal states. The monograph includes practical examples illustrating how the method is applied in individual sessions and how changes in emotional states lead to measurable improvements in life satisfaction, interpersonal relationships, decision-making, and overall well-being. In addition, the educational structure of the ELHM professional training program implemented within KIT Academy is presented, demonstrating how the method can be systematically transmitted and applied in professional practice. The ELHM approach is positioned within the field of coaching, personal development, and educational practice. It is not intended as a psychotherapeutic or medical intervention but as a structured method for developing emotional awareness, internal stability, and the ability to consciously manage one’s internal state. Overall, this monograph contributes to the interdisciplinary dialogue between coaching psychology, positive psychology, and applied approaches to emotional development by offering a practical model for cultivating inner balance and sustainable well-being in contemporary life.
