Abstract

<jats:p>&lt;div style="text-align:justify;"&gt; This work proposes a foundational domain reformulation: a reconceptualization of the ontological substrate from which physical theories are constructed. It does not attempt a full reconstruction of all known physics within the main text. Selected quantitative results—the neutrino mass scale, the dark-to-visible ratio, the CMB spectral index, the MOND acceleration threshold, the Weinberg angle—are presented as exemplars of structural closure: cases in which the forcing chain from the domain declaration reaches a precise, parameter-free consequence. Additional formal developments, including the complete gauge derivation and the continuum limit, are deferred to appendices and identified as open derivations in the Conclusion. The manuscript is intended to be read as a structural argument first and a compendium of derivations second. A skeptical reader is encouraged to evaluate the forcing chain before assessing any individual numerical result. &lt;/div&gt;</jats:p>
