The Digital Transformation of Television Broadcasting Supported by Artificial Intelligence

<jats:p>This study examines the digital transformation brought about by artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies in television broadcasting within a conceptual and critical framework. It discusses how processes such as content production, automation, scheduling, audience measurement and personalisation have been reorganised through data-driven systems. Furthermore, by assessing the impacts of algorithmicisation on editorial independence, public accountability, transparency, privacy and accountability, the study argues that the future of television broadcasting is shaped not only by technical innovation but also by institutional and ethical choices.</jats:p>
