Abstract
<jats:p>The hospitality world is undergoing a huge paradigm shift and technology is fueling a lot of it. Even more captivating user experiences and data-driven decisions are expected to be offered by new enhancements that are expected to revolutionize the process of serving the clients of hotels, restaurants, and tourism companies. The human relations with the brands will be characterized by new technologies such as AI and machine learning, AR and VR, chatbots, predictive analytics and big data, among others. Also, blockchain loyalty programs, immersive online experiences, and the use of the Internet of Things (IoT) will boost transparency, trust, and consumer interaction. The study determines the paths that the future marketing technologies in the hospitality industry could follow to bring about change in brand positioning, customer experiences, and competitive advantage. It emphasizes that it is necessary that companies constantly innovate to keep up with the changing and technological world.</jats:p>
