Abstract
<jats:p>Entrepreneurial skill development increasingly relies on innovative educational approaches that bridge theory and practice. This chapter explores the integration of gamification and AI-driven simulations as transformative tools for cultivating entrepreneurial competencies. Gamification leverages game elements such as points, badges, and leaderboards to enhance learner engagement, motivation, and strategic thinking, while AI-driven simulations provide adaptive, immersive environments for experiential learning, decision-making, and problem-solving. The synergy between gamification and AI simulations enables personalized feedback, collaborative challenges, and realistic entrepreneurial scenarios, fostering critical skills for startup success. The chapter also addresses technological, ethical, and accessibility considerations, highlighting best practices for implementation.
