<jats:p>Relevance: The transfer of previously cryopreserved and subsequently warmed embryos is a routine practice in assisted reproductive technologies (ART). However, ultra-fast (single-step) embryo warming has not yet been widely implemented in Central Asia, the Caucasus, or Russia, despite its active adoption and promising outcomes reported in Europe and Japan. The study aimed to present a clinical case of the birth of the first child in Central Asia and his early postnatal monitoring after the transfer of a vitrified embryo thawed using an ultra-fast (single-step) protocol. Materials and Methods: The paper describes controlled ovarian stimulation, intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), embryo vitrification, ultra-fast embryo warming, transcervical embryo transfer, clinical and laboratory confirmation of pregnancy, operative delivery, neonatal assessment, and pediatric follow-up during the first five months of life. Results: The embryological outcome of the in vitro fertilization program, pregnancy course, delivery, neonatal screening results, and longitudinal pediatric follow-up up to five months of age are presented. Conclusion: The birth of a healthy infant following ultra-fast embryo warming supports the feasibility and potential broader implementation of this method in ART practice.</jats:p>
