Abstract
<jats:p>This study explores the relationship between visual expression and emotional experiences, employing a mixed-methods approach involving quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews. Results indicate that exposure to curated artworks significantly enhances positive affect and reduces negative affect among participants. Qualitative insights reveal that art evokes personal memories, fosters empathy, and facilitates emotional processing. Specific art styles elicit varied emotional responses, highlighting the subjective nature of engagement with visual art. These findings suggest that visual expression serves as a powerful medium for emotional exploration and well-being, offering valuable implications for therapeutic practices and enhancing emotional intelligence.</jats:p>
