Abstract
<jats:p>Настоящая статья посвящена теоретическому анализу взаимосвязи личностной зрелости подростков и их лидерских качеств. Несмотря на широкое признание значимости этих феноменов, в настоящее время отсутствуют исчерпывающие теоретические конструкции, объясняющие, как личностная зрелость подростков влияет на развитие их лидерских качеств. Авторы проводят критический обзор существующих исследований, выделяют недостатки предыдущих подходов и выдвигают новые гипотезы, которые могут стать основой для дальнейших эмпирических исследований. Делается акцент на необходимости комплексного рассмотрения личностной зрелости как предиктора лидерских качеств, а также выделяются перспективные направления будущих исследований</jats:p> <jats:p>This article provides a theoretical analysis of the relationship between adolescents' personal maturity and their leadership qualities. Despite the widespread recognition of the significance of these phenomena, there are currently no comprehensive theoretical frameworks that explain how adolescents' personal maturity affects the development of their leadership qualities. The authors provide a critical review of existing research, highlight the limitations of previous approaches, and propose new hypotheses that can serve as a foundation for future empirical studies. The article emphasizes the need for a comprehensive understanding of personal maturity as a predictor of leadership qualities and identifies promising areas for future research</jats:p>
