Abstract
<jats:p>Modern commercial organizations operate in an ever-changing business environment, the permanent change of which is due to a change in technological structure and the development of the potential of modern information technologies. Widely used approaches to managing digital transformation are not sensitive to such changes, their speed and nature, which requires the use of new management principles. To this end, the article formulates the concept (term) of product digital transformation, defines the principles of its management.</jats:p> <jats:p>当代商业组织正处于不断变化的商业环境之中 而这种环境的持久变革源于技术范式的更迭以及现代信息技术潜力的不断释放。目前广泛采用的数字化转型管理方法对上述变化的规律、速度及性质缺乏敏感度 因此迫切需要引入新的管理原则。为此 本文提出了“产品数字化转型”这一学术概念 并明确了其管理的相应原则</jats:p>
