Abstract

<jats:p>This article analyzes current practices for using interactive methods in teaching Electrical Engineering and Electrical Equipment in secondary vocational education institutions. Key course sections are examined, the main challenges facing students in mastering the material are identified, and the importance of developing practical skills, critical thinking, and a conscious approach to learning is emphasized. The authors' research demonstrates that, despite the recognition of the importance of interactive methods, their implementation in educational institutions is uneven and faces several obstacles, including a lack of teacher experience, inadequate equipment, and the psychological inertia of participants in the educational process.
