输液及再灌注治疗中伴出血性转化的缺血性脑卒中不良结局因素分析

<jats:p>Analyzing the factors associated with adverse outcomes in hemorrhagic transformation of ischemic strokes, certain patterns were identified during infusion and reperfusion therapy. An unknown subtype during thrombolysis and a cardioembolic subtype during thromboextraction, as well as comorbidities, determined a worse prognosis with interventional treatments for ischemic strokes.</jats:p> <jats:p>通过分析缺血性脑卒中出血性转化不良结局的影响因素 发现了在输液治疗和再灌注治疗中存在的某些规律。在介入治疗缺血性脑卒中过程中 未知亚型的溶栓患者及心源性栓塞亚型的血栓取出患者 以及伴随的合并病理情况 都与预后较差相关</jats:p>
