Abstract
The article explores the role of organizational design in building the resilience of logistics chains in the context of modern risks and instability. Theoretical approaches to constructing organizational models of logistics systems are systematized, revealing the relationship between organizational structure, digital integration, and the system’s ability to adapt to crisis changes. It is argued that the resilience of a logistics chain depends on the management model, degree of decentralization, distribution of risks among network nodes, and the digital maturity of operational processes. Practical examples of Ukrainian logistics transformations in wartime are considered. Network, modular, and hybrid organizational forms that enable logistics systems to reconfigure without losing functional integrity are analyzed. A conceptual vision of the logistics ecosystem as an adaptive environment ensuring supply chain viability is proposed.
