Abstract

The article substantiates the theoretical and methodological foundations for developing an integrated model of partnership interaction within the entrepreneurial ecosystem of rural green tourism. Fragmented interaction among business entities, territorial communities, public authorities, and support institutions has been shown to constrain the integrated use of local resources, access to external finance, knowledge transfer, and the implementation of joint projects. The study applies theoretical generalization and systematization, systems and structural-functional analysis, comparative analysis, and structural-logical modeling. The functional integration of cluster and network mechanisms is substantiated. The cluster mechanism provides territorial and economic integration, service bundling, the development of an integrated tourism product, and a local value chain. In contrast, the network mechanism expands access to knowledge and competencies, financial and grant resources, digital technologies, and external partners. The educational and research center and the digital platform are identified as complementary elements of the coordination and communication framework. The scientific novelty lies in an integrated model that combines territorial-economic cooperation, network interaction, knowledge- and competence-based support, digital coordination, project-based cooperation, monitoring, performance evaluation, and feedback. The model is adaptive to a territory’s resource potential, tourism specialization, and institutional capacity. Its practical significance lies in its potential use by business entities, territorial communities, and public authorities to coordinate entrepreneurial initiatives, develop integrated tourism products and local value chains, attract external resources, and implement joint projects. The proposed approach lays the groundwork for transforming fragmented actors into an adaptive rural green tourism entrepreneurial ecosystem focused on creating economic, social, and territorial value.
