Scientific platform for building an economic mechanism of adaptive-behavioral strategies in cyclic development of an enterprise

<jats:p>The article explores the scientific foundations for building a platform of adaptive strategic enterprise management in the context of its cyclical development. In view of contemporary challenges of socio-economic transformation, market instability, and increasing turbulence in innovation, the author substantiates the necessity of establishing a comprehensive scientific platform that serves as a methodological basis for constructing the economic mechanism for developing a behavioral-adaptive strategy. The platform is conceptualized as a multi-level system that integrates conceptual, functional, and behavioral-adaptive components, each contributing to enterprise resilience and flexibility under changing conditions. The paper highlights the role of a unified strategic management field as a space for aligning theoretical, instrumental, and behavioral dimensions of strategic reasoning. Special attention is devoted to the concept of reflexive management, which integrates past experience, current action, and future design as essential components of adaptive enterprise behavior. It is demonstrated that the platform not only structures the managerial process but also forms an intellectual environment for generating strategies that account for cognitive limitations, institutional plasticity, and phase-specific development dynamics. The author proposes a model of strategic thinking transformation under reflexive management, illustrating a shift from reactive responses to proactive, self-aware enterprise behavior. The study concludes that the scientific platform functions not merely as a basis for economic mechanisms, but as an integrative instrument for aligning conceptual knowledge, strategic action, and behavioral impulses within the logic of cyclical enterprise development.
