Abstract
Subject of the study. Platform-based business models for the transformation of enterprise socio-economic systems and methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of innovation support under conditions of management intellectualization. The aim of the study. Scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and development of an integrated approach to evaluating the effectiveness of innovation support for platform-based transformations of socio-economic systems through the assessment of network interaction, management intellectualization, scalability, transaction architecture, and capitalization. Research methods. The research is based on systems analysis, comparative and structural-logical analysis, scientific abstraction, synthesis, graphical modeling, normalization of indicators, weighted integral assessment, and the development of an integrated methodological framework for evaluating the effectiveness of platform-based transformations. Results of the work. The article substantiates the theoretical and methodological foundations for assessing the effectiveness of innovation support for transforming enterprise socio-economic systems through platformization in the context of the digital economy and Industry 5.0. An integrated methodological framework for evaluating platform-based transformations is proposed, combining network synergy, scalability, transaction architecture, management intellectualization, and capitalization into a unified system of indicators. The study develops the Integral Platform Benchmark (IPB) as a comprehensive analytical tool for measuring the effectiveness of innovation support, digital maturity, and the strategic development potential of platform ecosystems. It is demonstrated that the intellectualization of management through artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, and algorithmic decision-making fundamentally transforms value creation mechanisms, strengthens adaptive capacity, improves coordination among ecosystem participants, and enhances long-term competitiveness. The research identifies the major risks of platform-based socio-economic systems, including vendor lock-in, data concentration, cybersecurity threats, institutional regulatory gaps, and network imbalance effects. Organizational and economic mechanisms to mitigate these risks and strengthen the sustainability, resilience, and efficiency of digital platform ecosystems are proposed. Practical significance. The proposed methodological approach and the Integral Platform Benchmark provide enterprises, managers, policymakers, and researchers with an analytical instrument for monitoring the effectiveness of platform-based business models, assessing digital maturity, comparing alternative transformation trajectories, supporting strategic decision-making, and improving the innovation-driven development of socio-economic systems under digital transformation.
