Integrated enterprise development strategies in the context of digital and industrial transformation

<jats:p>The article substantiates the essence of integrated enterprise development strategies under the simultaneous influence of digital transformation, industrial renewal, increasing institutional requirements, and growing socio-environmental expectations. It is proved that modern strategic enterprise development cannot be reduced to the isolated choice of a market position, a separate innovation program, or local improvement of business processes, since competitive advantage is increasingly formed as a result of the alignment of goals, resources, technologies, data, competencies, partnership interactions, and managerial response mechanisms. The article clarifies that an integrated development strategy is not a mechanical sum of separate functional strategies, but a holistic architecture of strategizing that ensures semantic and instrumental coherence between the enterprise business model, the structure of value creation, innovation and investment decisions, digital tools, human capital, and sustainability criteria. The role of digital transformation as a key mechanism of transition from fragmented automation to strategic rethinking of the business model and process organization is revealed. It is determined that, within an integrated strategy, digital solutions should be assessed not only by operational efficiency criteria but also by their contribution to the reproduction of competitive advantages, the strengthening of economic security, the improvement of management transparency, and the formation of adaptability. Particular attention is paid to Industry 5.0, which shifts the emphasis from technological productivity to the combination of performance, human-centricity, sustainability, and resilience. A typology of integrated enterprise development strategies and a structural-logical scheme of their formation under conditions of digital and industrial transformation are proposed. The practical significance of the results lies in the ability to use the proposed provisions to develop strategic enterprise development programs, align digital initiatives with long-term goals, set investment priorities, improve the manageability of change, and ensure long-term competitiveness.
