Abstract

The article examines the theoretical and applied aspects of the formation of enterprise strategic resilience under conditions of economic structural reconstruction. Contemporary transformational processes related to digitalization, changes in market mechanisms, crises, institutional transformations, and the intensification of security risks create new requirements for enterprise strategic management systems. It is established that traditional management models in an unstable economic environment are losing their effectiveness, underscoring the need to transition to adaptive, resilience-oriented development strategies. The essence of strategic resilience is an enterprise’s ability to ensure operational sustainability, adapt to changes in the external environment, maintain competitiveness, and recover from destabilizing influences. It is emphasized that resilience under modern conditions should be interpreted not only as an anti-crisis characteristic of enterprise activity but also as a comprehensive strategic capability for modernization, transformation of business processes, and the use of structural changes as a source of development. The article systematizes the main factors influencing the formation of enterprise strategic resilience, including macroeconomic, technological, organizational, financial, personnel, institutional, and security-related factors. It is determined that important components of resilience provision include organizational flexibility, digital transformation, innovation, financial sustainability, human capital development, and adaptive management. Particular attention is paid to the impact of digitalization on enterprise adaptability, the modernization of business processes, and the improvement of strategic response mechanisms. The interconnection between structural transformations in the economy and the key components of enterprise strategic resilience is analyzed. It is noted that the effectiveness of resilient strategies depends on enterprises’ ability to ensure operational continuity, respond promptly to environmental changes, and create the potential for long-term development amid economic structural reconstruction. The study highlights that strategic resilience is becoming an important basis for maintaining sustainable enterprise development, strengthening competitive positions, and increasing the adaptability of business entities in a turbulent economic environment.
