Abstract

The purpose of the article is to provide a comprehensive study of the role of hospitality ethics, business etiquette, and official formalities in ensuring the effectiveness of business communication in the event tourism (MICE) industry. The research methodology is based on a systematic analysis of communicative processes, a comparative analysis of intercultural etiquette standards, and conceptual modeling methods for enterprises’ reputational capital. The research results confirm that implementing ethical standards and strictly adhering to protocols are strategic tools for minimizing communication risks and enhancing the competitiveness of destinations. The scientific novelty lies in substantiating hospitality ethics as a fundamental element of the culture of sustainable development and in disclosing the mechanisms by which digital etiquette influences the transformation of the business environment in 2025. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of applied recommendations for serving official delegations and implementing inclusive standards in the MICE field. The article synthesizes the latest data on the development of the event potential of tourist destinations as a tool for innovative regional development. It analyzes the specific requirements for service personnel, including appearance standards, communication norms, and operational discipline during official receptions. A significant part of the research is devoted to cross-cultural differences in business communication, emphasizing the need for professional training to overcome cultural barriers between representatives of different social systems and religions. The findings suggest that ethical leadership and a positive ethical climate within a company significantly increase employee motivation and guest satisfaction.
