Digital transformation of business processes of transport and logistics systems as a factor for the development of an inclusive economy

<jats:p>The purpose of the article is to develop a conceptual approach to the digital transformation of business processes of transport and logistics systems based on the integration of the principles of digitalization, inclusiveness, and project management in order to increase the availability of transport and logistics services, the efficiency of resource management, the digital integration of participants in logistics chains and ensuring equal opportunities for all economic entities. It is shown that the comprehensive use of digital technologies provides automation of management and production processes, real-time monitoring of transport flows, forecasting of demand for transport and logistics services, optimization of transportation routes, reduction of logistics costs, increase in the efficiency of the use of transport resources, transparency of logistics operations, and the quality of management decisions. In addition, digital technologies contribute to the formation of a single information space, ensuring the integration of all participants in logistics chains, the synchronization of material, information, and financial flows, and increasing the level of interaction between business, the state, and consumers. It is determined that the digital transformation of business processes of transport and logistics systems is not only a direction of technological modernization of the transport industry, but also a strategic prerequisite for the formation of an inclusive economy, in which digital technologies ensure increased management efficiency, expanded accessibility of transport and logistics services, strengthened competitiveness of business entities and created conditions for sustainable socio-economic development. A conceptual model of digital transformation of business processes of transport and logistics systems in the context of an inclusive economy is proposed, which is based on a systems approach and involves the interaction of five functionally related levels, each of which performs a specific role in ensuring the digital transformation of the transport and logistics system. The practical implementation of the proposed conceptual model can become the basis for developing a methodological approach to assessing the level of digital maturity of transport and logistics systems, forming a system of key indicators of the effectiveness of digital transformation, and substantiating strategic directions for their development in the context of the formation of an inclusive economy.
