Strategic prerequisites for the formation of mechanisms of transport and logistics interaction of regions

<jats:p>The article examines the strategic prerequisites for establishing mechanisms for transport and logistics interaction between regions in the context of the spatial transformation of the economy, the digitalization of logistics processes, the development of interregional cooperation, and Ukraine’s European integration. It is substantiated that the effectiveness of interregional transport and logistics interaction is determined by the level of development of transport and logistics infrastructure, integration of participants in logistics processes, institutional support, digital technologies for managing transport flows, and organizational and economic mechanisms for coordinating their activities. The strategic prerequisites for the formation of mechanisms for transport and logistics interaction between regions are systematized, including structural modernization of transport infrastructure, development of multimodal transport and logistics centers, digital transformation of logistics processes, integration into the European transport network, development of partnership relations between regions, and implementation of modern models for managing transport and logistics systems. It has been proven that the development of effective mechanisms for interaction between transport and logistics contributes to optimizing material flows, increasing regional competitiveness, strengthening economic integration, and ensuring sustainable regional development. Priority areas for improving the organizational and economic mechanisms of interregional transport and logistics interaction are identified, taking into account the modern challenges facing Ukraine’s transport system.
