Abstract
<jats:p>The efficiency and probabilistic-time characteristics multiservice telecommunications networks are analyzed in a study of the quality of service traffic packet flows and the quality of perception of the transmission system. The research objectives and analysis QoS and QoE indicators for heterogeneous traffic in multiservice communication networks using SDN (Software Defined Networking) technology with load balancing are considered. The foundation of a load balancing scheme in an SDN network is continuous monitoring server load indicators and the implementation probabilistic-temporal characteristics. Therefore, this work also focuses on the development of a load balancing scheme using a hybrid SDN network environment consisting of a controller, the OpenFlow protocol, and a switch.</jats:p>
