Abstract
<jats:p>This book is a compilation of research papers presented at the Second International Conference on Finance and Business, which focused on technological innovation in finance, current economic trends, risk management in uncertain environments, and sustainable entrepreneurship. One of the most significant achievements was the creation of collaborative networks among academic bodies and researchers from the various universities that participated in the Second International Congress on Finance and Business in 2025. This forum fostered the critical thinking necessary for developing strategies to contribute to regional economic development. The Polytechnic University of Tlaxcala (UPTLAX) emphasized that this conference not only provided technical tools to future financial engineers but also established Tlaxcala as a key hub for dialogue on competitiveness and ethics in modern business.</jats:p>
