Факторы цифровой трансформации производственно-хозяйственной деятельности промышленных предприятий региона

<jats:p>Актуальность изучения цифровой трансформации предприятий, составляющих экономическую основу промышленного региона, обусловлена своевременностью и значимостью разрешения проблемы выживаемости регионального бизнеса в новых реалиях развития экономических процессов, требующих перестройки операционных моделей, автоматизации хозяйственных процессов, вызванных цифровизацией экономики. В статье освещается проблематика выявления и учета факторов цифровой трансформации промышленных предприятий региона. Результатом представленного в статье исследования является классификация факторов цифровой трансформации региональных промышленных предприятий, базирующаяся на адаптации описанных в научной литературе факторов. Сделаны выводы о критической важности представленного в классификации нового знания для выявления возможностей и барьеров цифровой трансформации, учета силы и характера влияния различных факторов при разработке дорожной карты цифровой трансформации региональных предприятий.</jats:p> <jats:p>The relevance of studying the digital transformation of enterprises that form the economic basis of an industrial region is due to the timeliness and importance of solving the problem of regional business survival in the new realities of the development of economic processes that require the restructuring of operational models and automation of economic processes caused by the digitalization of the economy. The article highlights the problems of identifying and taking into account the factors of digital transformation of industrial enterprises in the region. The result of the research presented in the article is a classification of the factors of digital transformation of regional industrial enterprises based on the adaptation of the factors described in the scientific literature. Conclusions are drawn about the critical importance of the new knowledge presented in the classification for identifying opportunities and barriers to digital transformation, taking into account the strength and nature of the influence of various factors when developing a roadmap for the digital transformation of regional enterprises.</jats:p>
