Abstract
<jats:p>В статье рассматривается человеческое развитие как ключевой внутренний фактор эндогенного экономического роста в условиях формирования креативной экономики. Уточняется экономическое содержание человеческого развития как категории, отражающей не только уровень и качество жизни населения, но и потенциал расширенного воспроизводства знаний, компетенций и инновационной активности. На основе положений теории эндогенного роста, концепции человеческого развития и экономики знаний обоснована теоретическая модель взаимосвязи человеческого развития, институциональной среды, креативной экономики и экономического роста. Сделан вывод о том, что человеческое развитие выступает основой долгосрочной устойчивости, конкурентоспособности и структурной модернизации российской экономики.</jats:p> <jats:p>The article examines human development as a key internal factor of endogenous economic growth in the context of the formation of the creative economy. The economic content of human development is clarified as a category reflecting not only the level and quality of life of the population, but also the potential for the expanded reproduction of knowledge, competencies, and innovative activity. Based on the provisions of endogenous growth theory, the concept of human development, and the knowledge economy, the article substantiates a theoretical model of the interrelation between human development, the institutional environment, the creative economy, and economic growth. It is concluded that human development serves as the foundation for the long-term sustainability, competitiveness, and structural modernization of the Russian economy.</jats:p>
