Abstract
<jats:p>Выстраивание закупочного процесса представляет собой основу коммерческой деятельности организации, с которой начинается коммерческая работа. Наличие запасов сырья и материалов для производства товаров дает возможность реализации производимой продукции и получения прибыли. Грамотно выстроенный закупочный цикл позволяет сформировать ассортимент, воздействовать на производителей согласно покупательскому спросу, а также способствует повышению эффективности работы организации. В статье затронуты основные аспекты при осуществлении контроля закупочной деятельности организации, определены этапы закупочного цикла, а также показана важность осуществления контроля на всех этапах закупочной работы с целью повышения эффективности управления.</jats:p> <jats:p>Building the procurement process is the basis of the commercial activity of the organization, with which commercial work begins. The availability of stocks of raw materials and materials for the production of goods makes it possible to sell manufactured products and make a profit. A well-built procurement cycle allows you to form an assortment, influence manufacturers according to customer demand, and also helps to increase the efficiency of the organization. The article addresses the main aspects in the implementation of control over the procurement activities of the organization, defines the stages of the procurement cycle, and also shows the importance of control at all stages of procurement in order to improve the efficiency of management.</jats:p>
