Abstract
<jats:p>Статья посвящена исследованию бизнес-процесса как объекта управления на машиностроительном предприятии. Актуальность обусловлена необходимостью повышения эффективности управления в условиях усложнения производственных систем и цифровой трансформации. Целью работы является обобщение теоретических подходов к определению понятия «бизнес-процесс», анализ его атрибутов и признаков, а также рассмотрение стандартов моделирования с учетом отраслевой специфики. Использованы методы анализа и обобщения научных источников. В результате предложено синтетическое определение бизнес-процесса машиностроительного предприятия и выявлены его ключевые характеристики. Обоснована необходимость системного подхода к управлению процессной архитектурой предприятия.</jats:p> <jats:p>The article is devoted to the study of the business process as an object of management at a machine-building enterprise. The relevance of the research is determined by the need to improve management efficiency in the context of increasing complexity of production systems and digital transformation. The aim of the study is to generalize theoretical approaches to defining a business process, analyze its attributes and characteristics, and examine modeling standards with regard to industry specifics. The research is based on methods of analysis and synthesis of scientific sources. As a result, a synthetic definition of the business process is formulated and its key characteristics are identified. The necessity of a systematic approach to managing the enterprise process architecture is substantiated.</jats:p>
