Abstract
<jats:p>В статье рассматривается инновационное развитие регионов в контексте регионализации и формирования социально-экономических проектов территориальных сообществ. В рамках проведённого исследования обоснован рост роли территориальных сообществ в инновационном развитии. Результаты показывают, что инновации наиболее эффективны, когда выступают инструментами согласованных проектов сообществ. Полученные выводы свидетельствуют о том, что наибольшая отдача от инновационной деятельности достигается при условии их включения в согласованные и целенаправленные инициативы территориальных сообществ. Задача работы – обосновать теоретическую основу инновационного развития через реализацию проектов, инициированных территориальными сообществами. Исследование акцентирует важность активного участия территориальных сообществ в определении приоритетов развития и создании дифференцированных подходов, опирающихся на принципы умной специализации.</jats:p> <jats:p>The article examines the innovative development of regions in the context of regionalization and the formation of socio-economic projects of territorial communities. The conducted study substantiates the growing role of territorial communities in innovative development. The results show that innovations are most effective when they serve as tools of coordinated community projects. The obtained conclusions indicate that the highest return from innovative activity is achieved when innovations are included in coordinated and purposeful initiatives of territorial communities. The task of the work is to substantiate the theoretical basis of innovative development through the implementation of projects initiated by territorial communities. The study emphasizes the importance of active participation of territorial communities in determining development priorities and creating differentiated approaches based on the principles of smart specialization.</jats:p>
