Abstract
<jats:p>This paper provides a rigorous scientific critique of supernatural agency, specifically evaluating the hypotheses of a metaphysical soul, divine creation, and lingering spectral entities. By contrasting these esoteric beliefs against the definitive frameworks of classical thermodynamics, relativistic and wave mechanics, and modern evolutionary neurobiology, it demonstrates that the universe operates exclusively as a closed, self-sustaining, materialist system composed of heat, light, matter, and vacuum. Through an examination of molecular abiogenesis, biological hardware continuity via cellular replication and blood flow, and the continuous elemental reciprocity of the biogeochemical cycle, this study illustrates that life, consciousness, and death are entirely physical, mechanistic phenomena. Ultimately, this paper establishes that because all cosmic order and biological operations are fully accounted for by empirical scientific laws, the inclusion of supernatural or metaphysical variables is rendered empirically redundant.</jats:p>
