Abstract
<jats:p>As Kyrgyzstan's current education system undergoes transformation, the importance of teacher pedagogical excellence is growing. Pedagogical excellence ensures the organic unity of all components of the pedagogical process, influences the quality of students' education, and fosters noble personal qualities. Consequently, the need to develop the pedagogical excellence of future teachers studying at higher education institutions has arisen. Based on an analysis of scholarly views, pedagogical excellence is viewed as a pedagogical activity carried out through the personal qualities of a teacher or as the personal qualities of a teacher engaged in pedagogical activity. This article explores the importance of pedagogical conditions for developing the skills of future teachers, drawing on theoretical sources and materials obtained during the study.</jats:p>
