Abstract
The purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations for studying the impact of socio-political uncertainty on the development of business networking within organizational management systems and to identify scientific approaches, principles, and methods for analyzing the relationships between the external environment, network interactions, and managerial processes. The study is based on an interdisciplinary methodological framework integrating systemic, network, institutional, and resource-based approaches, as well as the concept of social capital. General scientific and special research methods were employed, including analysis and synthesis, systematization, classification, comparative analysis, and structural-logical modeling. The research systematizes contemporary scientific approaches to investigating uncertainty, network interactions, and organizational governance. It is established that no single theoretical approach provides a comprehensive explanation of the mechanisms through which socio-political instability affects the development of business relationships. The findings demonstrate the necessity of integrating systemic, network, institutional, and resource-based approaches with the concept of social capital to explain the formation, transformation, and functioning of business networks under conditions of uncertainty. A conceptual model has been developed that reflects the interconnections between external environmental factors, institutional conditions, network interactions, social capital, resource accessibility, and managerial processes. The findings confirm that business networks perform an adaptive function by facilitating access to information, resources, and partnership opportunities in unstable socio-political contexts. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the development of an integrated conceptual model that combines different theoretical perspectives to explain the relationships between environmental uncertainty and organizational behavior. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying its results to improve partnership strategies, strengthen organizational resilience, and enhance managerial decision-making in volatile environments.
