CHANGES OF HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF GLOBALIZATION PROCESSES

<jats:p>The article explores the transformation of the paradigm of human capital development management in the digital economy and the spread of artificial intelligence technologies. The disadvantages of the traditional dichotomous approach to the separation of Hard and Soft Skills competencies, in particular, its insufficient adaptability to the use of artificial intelligence, are considered. The expediency of moving to a multidimensional model of competencies, which includes additional components – Self Skills (self-reliance skills) and Mindset (way of thinking), which form the basis of the ability to continuous learning, adaptation and effective interaction with intelligent systems, has been proved. The conceptual model of the 4S is proposed as the basis of a new paradigm of human capital management, which integrates professional, social, personal and cognitive characteristics of the employee. It is substantiated that the introduction of AI-oriented approaches allows you to move to predictive management of personnel development, increase the level of personalization of training and thus ensure the competitiveness of organizations. A methodological approach to assessing human capital based on an integral index has been developed, which takes into account the impact of artificial intelligence through indicators of adaptability, productivity and synergy of human-AI interaction. An example of calculating an integral indicator is given and an increase in the efficiency of human capital due to the use of AI technologies is demonstrated. The results of the study can be used in the formation of modern human capital management systems, as well as in scientific developments dedicated to the digital transformation of HR processes. A promising direction of this study is the consideration of human-AI synergy, which allows you to determine under what conditions of use AI creates a real additional effect, and under which it can lead to a decrease in autonomy, critical thinking, or the development of professional competencies. This will determine whether Self Skills and Mindset really have a statistically significant impact on professional performance and readiness for AI transformation.</jats:p>
