TECHNOLOGY OF ENTERPRISE PROCUREMENT ACTIVITIES AS A FACTOR IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF INVESTMENT POTENTIAL AND OPTIMIZATION OF SUPPLIER SELECTION

<jats:p>The article investigates the theoretical and methodological foundations of forming procurement activity technology as a key driver of enterprise investment potential development and supplier selection efficiency under conditions of digital economic transformation. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to enhance enterprise competitiveness through optimizing resource provision, reducing costs, and minimizing risks within supply chains. The purpose of the research is to substantiate modern approaches to procurement management based on the integration of strategic, digital, and investment components. The methodological framework includes a systems approach, methods of analysis and synthesis, economic and mathematical modeling, as well as multicriteria decision-making tools. The findings demonstrate that procurement activity technology is transforming into a strategically oriented system that ensures more efficient resource utilization and value creation. It is proven that the application of multi-criteria supplier selection models enables the consideration of a wide range of economic, technological, and environmental parameters, thereby improving the quality of managerial decision-making. The study confirms that the digitalization of procurement processes enhances transparency, reduces transaction costs, and improves forecasting accuracy, which positively affects the investment attractiveness of enterprises. Furthermore, the integration of sustainability principles into procurement practices contributes to strengthening long-term development capacity and resilience of business entities. The scientific novelty lies in substantiating a comprehensive approach to integrating procurement technology with mechanisms for forming enterprise investment potential based on digital tools and sustainable development principles.
