Abstract
The purpose of the study is to substantiate the conceptual foundations of the digitalization of logistics inventory management at industrial enterprises and to develop a logistics mechanism that ensures the comprehensive integration of modern digital technologies, information systems, and analytical tools to improve the efficiency of material flow management. The methodological framework of the study is based on systemic, logical, and comparative approaches, as well as the methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization, and graphical presentation of research findings. The information base comprises recent studies by Ukrainian and international scholars devoted to the digitalization of logistics management, the application of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, the Internet of Things (IoT), RFID technologies, business analytics, and artificial intelligence in inventory management. The functional capabilities, advantages, and limitations of ERP systems, IoT technologies, RFID, business analytics, and artificial intelligence tools in inventory management have been systematized. It has been established that the fragmented implementation of digital solutions fails to ensure proper coordination of material and information flows and does not allow enterprises to fully exploit the potential of the digital transformation of logistics processes. The expediency of the comprehensive integration of digital technologies within a unified inventory management information environment has been substantiated. A logistics inventory management mechanism for industrial enterprises has been proposed. The mechanism provides for the sequential implementation of interconnected stages, including warehouse operations automation, ERP platform integration, the application of predictive analytics and artificial intelligence, real-time inventory monitoring using IoT and RFID technologies, the use of business analytics to support managerial decision-making, and the development of personnel's digital competencies. It has been proved that the effectiveness of logistics inventory management under conditions of digitalization depends not on the isolated application of digital technologies but on their comprehensive integration within a unified logistics mechanism.
