Abstract

<jats:p>The article reveals the institutional content of the economic content of the category "public-private partnership", its significance in the process of rebuilding the social infrastructure of regions in the post-war period in the conditions of an inclusive economy is clarified. The positive and negative components in the process of implementing social projects based on public-private partnership for regions and business are determined, their impact on the formation of the economic potential of the region's development and the system of organizing socio-economic relations under conditions of inclusiveness, which creates conditions, including: free access to public economic goods, justice, ensuring equal opportunities, stability. It is proven that the formation of an institutional environment for the formation and development of public-private partnership at the regional level contributes to the formation of a positive effect of inclusive economic growth, the results of which are aimed at solving the problems of inequality, poverty and gaps in the level of well-being and quality of life of the population of the region (community). It is concluded that the active involvement of private capital through public-private partnerships in the implementation of social projects on the ground will improve their quality and accessibility, increase the volume, improve the quality of services in the field of social protection of the population, will contribute to more effective use of local resources and own capabilities for the economic development of territories, which strengthens the social stability of the community and is a promising direction for reducing the social vulnerability of its members. This is especially relevant in the post-war period, since the number of people who are in difficult life circumstances in war conditions is significant and is constantly increasing, therefore reducing the social vulnerability of the population is possible by strengthening the role of civil society and business in the social development of regions. The development of PPP in the social sphere of the regions will contribute to creating conditions for involving young people in economic activity</jats:p>
