Abstract
<jats:p>The article explores the rise of AI in the workplace, emphasizing that as machines automate technical tasks, human soft skills and ethical judgment become more essential than ever. However, it warns that for these qualities to truly protect against automation, society must urgently address educational, gender, and digital infrastructure inequalities. Ultimately, it argues that education and philosophy are vital for fostering critical citizens who ensure that technology serves humanity rather than the other way around.</jats:p>
