Flap/Slat Driveline Deformation Simulation Test System Based on Integrated Test Rig

<jats:p>In order to solve the problem that the engagement length of flaps/slats drive line system can only be checked by calculation and analysis under wing deformation condition, and the safety of high lift system can not be fully verified, a simulation test system for flaps/slats drive line system deformation based on integrated test bench is designed. The system mainly consists of flaps/slats rack with slide slot and deformable support, which can realize multi-degree-of-freedom adjustment in X, Y and Z directions to simulate wing deformation state under different working conditions. The structure design, working principle, implementation process and test verification of the test system are described in detail in this paper. The test results show that the system is the first time to check the engagement length of the flap/slat drive line system after wing deformation under 2.5 g limited load condition in the laboratory. It has the advantages of low test risk, short test cycle and high efficiency, and can provide effective support for aircraft development and airworthiness certification. Compared with the prior art, the system adopts a modular bench design and a multi-degree-of-freedom adjustable support, which significantly improves the universality and adaptability of the test bench.</jats:p>
