Innovative approaches to presenting material in step aerobics classes with university students

<jats:p>This chapter examines innovative approaches to organizing step aerobics classes for university students. The objective is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the effectiveness of using multimedia, mobile apps, and game-based methods in teaching step aerobics. The methodology includes a pedagogical experiment, physical fitness testing, and a questionnaire. The results demonstrate a significant increase in motivation and coordination skills among students in the experimental group. The conclusion confirms the feasibility of implementing the proposed innovations.</jats:p>
