Aesthetic education as a component of school biology education

<jats:p>The chapter is devoted to the study of aesthetic education as an important component of the content of school biological education. The chapter examines the role of aesthetics in the perception of nature and biological diversity, as well as the influence of aesthetic values on the formation of a sustainable attitude towards the environment. The authors analyze the methods of integrating aesthetic education into the biology educational process, emphasizing the importance of a creative approach and interdisciplinary connection with art and culture. Examples of the use of artistic elements given in biology teaching, recommendations for teachers on creating an aesthetically rich educational environment, and the importance of developing students' emotional intelligence. The connection of aesthetic education of schoolchildren with the psychological and pedagogical problems of modern education is considered.</jats:p>
