Abstract
<jats:p>The aim of the article is to study and analyze the nature of technical and tactical actions in the structure of the barbell trajectory in qualified weightlifters of different weight categories during competitive activity. Research methods. Analysis and generalization of scientific sources and Internet resources; video recording of competitive activity; system-structural and biomechanical analysis of technical and tactical actions in the structure of the barbell trajectory and mathematical and statistical methods. Research results. Modern approaches to the content and nature of unsuccessfully performed technical and tactical actions (TTD) in the structure of the barbell trajectory during the performance of the snatch and clean and jerk by weightlifters at competitions, were analyzed. The presence of the most common and less common TTDs that lead to unsuccessful attempts at competitions was scientifically substantiated. The scientific and practical problems of eliminating unsuccessfully performed TTDs in competitive exercises of female athletes during competitive activities were outlined. Conclusions. It was found that the largest number of unsuccessfully performed TTDs, depending on the total number of attempts in the snatch and clean and jerk, were made by athletes of the 3rd group of weight categories, who need to work more on increasing their strength capabilities of the main muscle groups involved in forming the optimal trajectory of the barbell movement in competitions.</jats:p>
