Abstract
The article presents the results of a theoretical substantiation of the conceptual foundations for developing the AthletePro digital system designed to provide information and analytical support for managing the training of athletes in team sports. Purpose of the study. To theoretically substantiate the conceptual foundations for developing a digital system for managing the training of team sport athletes based on the principles of comprehensive assessment of multidimensional athlete preparedness, decision support for coaches, and integration of planning, monitoring, and analytical support throughout the training process. Object of the study is the process of information and analytical support for managing the training of athletes in team sports. Subject of the study comprises the principles of design, functional architecture, and methodological framework of a digital system for managing the training process of team sport athletes. Results. Contemporary approaches to the digitalization of sports training management were analyzed, and the main limitations of existing information systems were identified. The conceptual foundations for developing the AthletePro digital system were theoretically substantiated. An original conceptual model of a digital ecosystem for managing the training of team sport athletes was developed, and the fundamental principles underlying its design were formulated. Furthermore, a multidimensional approach to assessing athlete preparedness was proposed, enabling the integration of heterogeneous information flows and providing a methodological basis for supporting coaching decision-making throughout the training process. Conclusions . The relevance of this study is determined by the growing need to implement modern digital technologies in the management of team sport athletes' training. The use of comprehensive information and analytical systems contributes to improving the effectiveness of planning, monitoring, and adjustment of the training process. However, scientifically substantiated conceptual approaches to the development of such systems remain insufficiently elaborated. The proposed conceptual framework expands the methodological basis for creating digital information and analytical systems capable of supporting evidence-based management of the training process in team sports.
