Abstract
The study aims to theoretically substantiate the personalization of wellness programs as a modern strategy for engaging diverse populations in a healthy lifestyle, to systematize the core components of personalized wellness interventions, and to prioritize them based on expert assessment. Methods. Methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization, and content analysis of current scientific literature on wellness program personalization, digital health technologies, and behavioral interventions were employed. An expert assessment using the ranking method was conducted, which involved 11 professionals specializing in wellness, fitness, public health, and health-enhancing technologies. The degree of consensus among expert opinions was determined using Kendall’s coefficient of concordance (W) and Pearson’s chi-squared test (χ²). Results. Based on the synthesis of contemporary scientific approaches, a proprietary framework of core components for wellness program personalization was developed, which integrates biomedical, behavioral, technological, educational, social, and evaluative blocks. The expert assessment revealed that the individualization of health goals (mean rank = 1.82), the personalization of physical activity according to functional status (2.36), and the continuous monitoring of individual progress coupled with personalized feedback (3.27) have the greatest impact on fostering long-term adherence to a healthy lifestyle. The expert opinions showed a high level of consensus, which was statistically confirmed (W = 0,81; χ² = 80,19; p < 0,001). Conclusions. It has been substantiated that personalization should be viewed as a comprehensive strategy for designing wellness programs, the efficacy of which is driven by the integration of individualized goal-setting, adaptive physical activity planning, personalized nutritional guidelines, digital monitoring, and evidence-based behavioral modification technologies. The proposed conceptual model can serve as a scientific and methodological foundation for developing modern wellness programs that promote healthy lifestyle adherence among diverse populations.
