Dokumenty odrodzonego Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego z lat 1915–1919

<jats:p>This edition contains duplicates of documents produced by the University of Warsaw in 1915–1919. All the documentation from that period was destroyed during World War II and was presumed irreversibly lost. The recent discovery of the duplicates in the University Archives and their publication contribute to our knowledge of not only the political aspects of University life but also the material and social dimensions of its day-to-day operations in that period. They also bring back the memory of the University’s technical and administrative staff, who are all too often overshadowed by the faculty.</jats:p>
