Abstract
<jats:p>The ninth volume in the series Polish Literature in the World brings together papers presented in 2024 at the academic conference “Polish Literature in the World. Global Transfers of Polish Literature.” The articles contained therein reveal the multidimensional nature of issues related to the reception of literature, translation, and the cultural and historical transfers of Polish literature in the international arena. The texts collected here show the diversity of research on the presence of Polish literature in the world, pointing to its various paths – from translations and reception to didactic and institutional forms of transfer. The presented texts may inspire further research and discussion on the place of Polish literature in the global circulation of culture.</jats:p>
