Abstract
<jats:p>The book focuses on the analysis of issues related to the prevention of risky behaviours of young people in socially disadvantaged areas. In the theoretical part, the author presents socially disadvantaged areas, and also presents theoretical issues related to the prevention of risky behaviours, referring to the applicable theoretical concepts. The book presents the results of the research that focused on the analysis of the needs, possibilities and limitations in the implementation of system solutions in the field of risk behaviours prevention in socially disadvantaged environments. In the last part of the publication, a model of the Modular System for Prevention of Risky Behaviours was presented, which is a proposal for improvements in the field of social prevention.</jats:p>
