Machine-translated ParlSpeech V2 dataset: Full-text corpora of 3.5 million parliamentary speeches from seven countries translated into English

<p>Machine-translated ParlSpeech V2 contains complete full-text vectors of more than 3.5 million parliamentary speeches in the key legislative chambers of Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Spain, and Sweden, covering periods between 21 and 32 years. The data include speeches machine-translated into English using open-source OPUS-MT models. Original language speeches from ParlSpeech V2 (Rauh &amp;amp; Schwalbach 2020) are present alongside the English translation. Meta-data include the original information on date, speaker, party, and partially agenda item under which a speech was held.
