A Framework for Ongoing Psychotherapy Case Review

<p>Psychotherapy is a complex clinical task prone to biases and overlooked factors, requiring ongoing case evaluation. This paper proposes a structured set of questions designed to support systematic case review, addressing risk assessment, case formulation, relational dynamics, and therapeutic progress. The framework is intended to facilitate continuous self-supervision in clinical practice and may be useful for both early-career and experienced therapists, as well as in formal supervision contexts. The rationale and clinical relevance of each component are discussed.</p>
