Abstract
<jats:p>Scientific and practical recommendations for the organization of organic milk production are aimed at ensuring the effective implementation of the principles of organic livestock farming in dairy farming. Particular attention is paid to the technological aspects of organic milk production, including the formation of a feed base, ensuring animal welfare, product quality control and production certification. The economic and organizational principles of the functioning of organic dairy farms are considered, as well as factors affecting the competitiveness of products on the market. Scientific and practical recommendations are intended for specialists of the agro-industrial complex, scientists, teachers, postgraduate students, students of agricultural universities.</jats:p>
