Abstract
<jats:p>The monograph proposes an innovative system for post-war restoration and improvement of the ecological condition of hydrodeficient, halogenic, hydromorphic, and acid soils of Ukraine, taking into account their genetic characteristics, traditional reclamation approaches, and the nature of military-induced damage. It is demonstrated that hostilities act as a powerful systemic factor in the degradation of soil cover. Improvements to monitoring are proposed through expanding the set of indicators and implementing remote sensing methods. The scientific foundations of an innovative system for post-war soil restoration have been developed, comprising a complex of technical, agromeliorative, chemical, and biological measures. This system ensures effective soil recovery through a combination of scientifically grounded approaches and international experience, while considering the natural and climatic conditions of Ukraine, as well as the type and degree of military damage to soils. The publication is intended for managers and specialists of central executive authorities, agricultural enterprises of all forms of ownership, professionals in the agricultural and water management sectors, researchers, educators, and higher education students.</jats:p>
